I'm not upset about OSK. A few shares for me, and I don't expect I would have foreseen the write-down of assets. I'll plan on holding my shares and consider maybe adding more.

More disconcerting to me right now is GM. Sure looks even now that GM could have easily been seen as an avoid or maybe a short. Maybe it still is a good short. Such a B- management and board of directors. To have got this heartland USA company in the fix it's in now...shameful. And shame on me for buying into this one. I'll hold on for a while to see if there's a recovery in either business prospects or the stock. Right now, doesn't look like there's much hope for [t]GM[/t]... or for many other non-oil stocks according to today's stock market.

Kind of funny. Goldman down grades many stocks, and Goldman then itself gets downgraded by others.
