Having the LOC is nice but they really don't need to tap it to buy back $2.5Mil of stock. They have plenty of cash on hand, unless they are acquiring a company for cash in the near future.

If -and it may be a big if- they continue to generate positive net income going forward, they have plenty of cash on hand to fund their operations.

I keep a careful eye on their earnings reports to gauge their progress. So far, so good but they still have to prove they can continue to progress. A, bring in more revenue. B, continue to show that they can keep costs down so that more of this revenue finds its way to the bottom line. C, find new markets and/or get a greater share of their current markets.

Of course, none of this really matters to the short term trader!
