Four people voted that Americans don't have the right to defend themselves and their family, sad. And if BO wins and stacks the court, it will be illegal to defend yourself. I guess you will just have to stand by and watch your children being raped and murdered.

I caught a little bit of Rush this morning, and he brings up a good point. Why do we wait with anticipation over what the Supreme Court has to say about anything?

It says a lot when so much power is in the hands of just nine appointed judges who serve for life. But hey, that's what the Founding Fathers intended, no?
