I am wondering if bush pardons everyone as he leaves office? Scooter Libby is a given. e.g. Rove and cheney for outing a CIA agent. That is an act of treason I believe. There are so many people in the bush circle who could be tried for treason for things like war profiteering, etc. I am just hoping when Obama is elected he and the democratic congress put some of those criminals in jail where they belong.

Impeach Bush. Senate trial. Convicted. Removed from Office. Cheney becomes President. On day one he pardons Bush. Bush is free. Day two he appoints Scooter Libby as VP. Impeach Cheney. Senate trial. Convicted. Removed from Office. Libby becomes President. Day one: pardon Cheney. Cheney is free. Day two Libby appoints his crony as VP. And the beat goes on. That's why there is no impeachment even if Dennis Kucinich has suggested several times. It is not going to happen! What law says you have to impeach them one at a time?
