The Center is groaning about Scalia's writing. They seem to think the writing has something to do with the quality of the decision. I read some of the decision and the dissenting opinions, and found Scalia's points right on while Stevens' and Breyer's comments indulged in irrelevancies like gun crime statistics.

We would have all had to join a militia to carry. I wouldn't mind that, but am very, very relieved that it went the way it did.

It's frightening isn't it? Just goes to show which way our country is going right now. In November, it will complete it's hard left turn.....God help us.
