It will be interesting to hear Don Coxe's comments this morning on his conference call.

I do believe this is the overdue event Coxe was looking for two years ago. In my understanding, by this declaration, the oilsands will now qualify for expanded valuation which will positively effect institutional financing participation/valuation in that stated reserves in SEDARs would increase qualification.

June 26 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission proposed new rules to govern how oil and natural gas companies report reserves to investors......
The new rules permit companies to disclose ``probable and possible'' reserves to investors, and include resources such as oil sands that were previously classified as mining reserves.

that was, in retrospect, the best time to buy the RTs. most have at least doubled from the lows.
