How do I get in on this deal? I lived in Texas for two decades and I never got a dividend check from the oil fatcats. How is it that Alaskans get a dividend check? Also, isn't that US government land? If so, shouldn't we all get a dividend check? Why is it limited to Alaskans?

Kenneth: Many people who receive those dividends spend most of the year in Arizona and a few summer months in Alaska.

koan: not true!

A person must reamain a resident and cannot be gone more than 90 days at a time and not more than 180 days a year and they have to intend to remain a resident.
