31% on real estate ..... I hope people can still afford to pay the rent if there's big layoffs when reset #1 #2 comes in reality. Stocks in HK real estate have been hammered recently and I believe they are in doldrum and will not fully recover like used to be. Watch the new high-rising IFC in west kowloon. I'm afraid it may never be finished as it is supposed to house all those big investment clubs for scam work. Financial HK will be hard hit.
