no, the greens (reds) stopped it. until it studies their environmental impact, the reds(I mean greens) are gonna stop all power systems until the USA collapses and then they can blame capitalism. Hmmmm.....that's what the greens are called now.......the Bureau of Land Management.......cause that's who put on the moratorium. And I thought the BLM was a federal agency under Bush.
