Upped my small position in ULTRAPETROL (BAHAMAS (NasdaqGS: ULTR). This is one I want to continue to purchase at these levels (ULTR is selling below its 50 day MA and 200 day MA). Their river business and offshore business are poised for good growth in 2009. It's seems like a good play on Brazil's AG and Oil sectors. Thanks for the portfolio update.
