Yes<g> I was just studying it. Looks great to me although I am not an accountant. It was a legal requirement that they release it today because they are having a major sales pitch Monday in NYC with RBC and multiple institutional investors. I expect it to be an easy sale. Mastec (MTZ) just paid $44 million for a privately held Texas pipeline company, Pumpco, which had $70 million in revenue. southflorida.bizjournals.com ESA is paying $54 million for 2 pipeline companies with combined revenues of $170 million.
