It is all about energy security and an effort to neutralize the Caspian Sea - Azerbaijan Georgia Turkey route to Europe. What the Russian are trying to do is to take over/ conquer the EU by various energy pacts. It would not surprise me if the stupid EU elitist will fall in this trap. It is so rare to see such concentration of plain stupid and arrogant people pretending to be statesmen as it is in EU now - once in a lifetime event if not in history - all a result of plain indifference and apathy of their citizen who only care about their next vacation and when to get dead drunk or have sex in exotic places with minors like Keniya etc.
