You've heard of fast tracking or asking for a waiver. The country is experiencing an energy crisis. Would it not be reasonable to pick a more expeditious way to handle the matter? Oh wait, the GOP is making money off this crisis......never mind.

If you want the law changed to expedite the construction of new solar plants, talk to your congressional representatives. You know, like Baghdad Jim. I hear his party has control of Congress. What have they done recently?
