I have to admit, your post with the court information is Greek to me. I guess whatever was supposed to happen on the 26th got moved to the 30th, but what exactly is going on in court? Are Tom Schwanitz and Ed Rutkowski asking the court to hold Marc, Ken, etc. in contempt? For what? Holding an illegal proxy? (Lord knows they didn't ask for my vote!) It’s really hard to read between the lines here!

That said, I am intrigued by the post stating the mathematical fact that $16,000 buys 1 million shares! I am kind of thinking about $1,600 myself. It sure would be nice to dollar cost average a quick 100,000 shares at $0.016 against my way to high cost basis!! Bargain basement for sure, but it would take huge coconuts (or you’d have to be just plain nuts!) to risk that kind of money while Marc and his gang are still ruining, er I mean "running" Americhip! I’ll never invest another penny in that group of chiselers!

I guess we will all have to wait and see what happens in court…hope someone posts the results with some kind of translation on Monday! (Maybe $160 for a measly 10,000 shares……?) Somebody slap me! A year ago, before the R/S demolished our holdings, 10,000 shares was worth $1,000!!!! Thanks Marc!!!
