Im glad youre positive about end as its a good size position for me. have a nice weekend. for those of you who are looking for a little diversification take a look at psec. this is a BDC that lends to small caps in the oil and gas field. the stock is selling below book and there has been some nice insider buying at higher prices. the distributions are nice too. I also made a small speculation in a microcap that is into heavy oil called megawest energy mgwsf. there is lots of info on their website.

Ed-

The huge END volume may have a few reasons.

June 30 is quarter end. Window dressing might explain it, or....

END was added to the Russell 3000 on Friday. Normally one would expect and increase in price associated with that. But, END fell.

END wasn't the only E&P with unusually high volume. XTO had it. EPEX had it. (EPEX was booted from the Russell 3000, yet traded up). HK had it. Etc.

I find it interesting that Steelhead would be selling one of its' winners - perhaps they need to raise cash for hedge fund redemptions.

After the start of 2Q, we should see money flow into energy stocks again.
