I can speak on general terms about the real estate market. klaser -an American- can also tell his views since he invests here as well.

There's a 25-year repressed demand for Commercial real estate - Shopping malls - Houses.

Since 1983 credit not available only people with money afforded housing.

Now with credit available, young people to marry first buy their flats. Poeple living in crampled flats are moving to houses. People with old houses are moving to flats or moving to new houses.

With credit available the clearing of this repressed demand for housing is now in full swing. The middle Class decimated in the Lost decade is emerging again.
