RO/RS=CF. It is impossible to consider all the options, i.e, have all facts entering the system.

That being the case, you try to discover as much facts as possibly you can and weigh to see their power.

Here is how it works: You make an assumption. To discover if your assumption is true, you gather facts to prove that your assumption is right. The more facts you gather that adds to the validity of your assumption, the more your assumption has ‘power’. The more it is reality.

If facts are not adding power to your assumption, your assumption cannot be true.
