Governments don't want to touch taxes. US doesn't want to increase interest rates. US doesn't an to open new areas to drill, neihter cut ethanol tariffs. Leaving people to find scapegoats.

Governments only react to popular pressure. Popular pressure must increase dramatically.

They want to emerging markets to stop growing fast. OPEC to pump more oil and speculators to stop speculating. Oher like the UK, want to dress up plans in Green to make a 'revolution'.

Oil wont drop if concrete measures are not put in place.

One component is that governments are forcing the populaces to forget Greenism by sheer suffering. That is to force public opinion to forget Greenism and let market offer solutions.
