RO and RS. Whenever presented with a social problem affecting the status quo today, one has to revert to its roots 13.000 years ago. Once the tribe had enough food and a surplus a hierarchy appeared to help them manage the tribe's resources. Hierarchy composed of people to discuss plan or simply bullshit the tribe in continuing feed them. Call them medicine man, rain maker, voodoo master... In fact there were just a few old guys who have seen lots of troubles happening and knew possible outcomes to create an aura of wisdom to fool the majority. The system worked. They told people pool resources to store the food, count them. Give some tough guys power to enforce their rules... Organize them to fight the vagabonds trying to steal from them... Consequently tribes evolved into superior forms of organization based on the capacity to produce surplus food. Their superior system developed an enabled them to dominate the others. See "Guns, Germs and Steel" It is based on that we moved into organization of armies, religions and schools to teach and other tools to control nand manage the masses. Once the king needed help, it created the court. The hangers on who profited from their contacts with the king who end up becoming oligarchs. Oligarchs live today derived from (among many): The Prussians Junkers, The American Robber Barons. The Wallenbergs. The friends of D. Pedro I here in Brazil, the caballeros who came from Spain to Mexico, South America and to the Philippines... Top hang on to power then they created their own means. Hence the need the Systems analysis that you presented.
