Should do... the short end of the curve is so far above 4% that it would easily tolerate a 50bp hike. S/W is already 4.25, pricing in a 100% probability of +25bp and 3M is at 4.95% in no other country the short end is that steep. In the U.S. it is flat.

UK is interesting as it saw similar movements compared to the EUR.
Even with weaker stock markets, the rates didn´t budge.
