Once again Ted, link to the bill that removes the environmental study requirement for solar plants, along with Bush's veto of said bill. I did a cursory search on Google, but nothing. I did get a ton of articles talking about solar plant projects being delayed due to environmental impact studies. None of them mentioned any sort of bill that you refer to. Either one doesn't exist, or the left-wing media is trying to cover for Bush. Tenchusatsu
