You could say he's drowning in Ethanol, but he sure won't remove the tariff, not unless he has no other choice in a few years (which I wouldn't rule out entirely given skyrocketing food and oil prices). We need Canadian oil. When Brazil is exporting, we'll need that, too.....<NG>
