Are you doing PT? I'm really sorry you have to do all of that...I know how painful shoulder injuries are...actually I think my torn rotator/ruptured bursa/torn tendon and ligaments worse than the bad knee later replaced.....However eventually with the shoulder, I could do the pulley without tears, and also the spider on the wall.... PT really helps though, if you aren't, and so does the ice and stim....

Smithee and Karen, one thing I have had success with is bromelain, a pineapple derivative. Take it twice a day on an empty stomach. It really helps pain a la ibuprofen but with no side effects.
