How the Presidency of the US is won. Busy people don't have time to become president. They elect one. Once you find the guy who can be sold, you go out there and finance him. "They" means the people with real and lot of money. Once the guy is elected you tell him what to do. Obama fits the profile to win an election and the big money is paying to get him in the White House. Hillary, having spent all that money need to recover it for her pay masters. Need to kow tow. Support Obama. Obama supporters pay the money Hillary spent.
