eplay, Endeavour International (END) -- I'm not sure when Steelhead got their position. If they got it a few years ago they are still underwater.

After I wrote that post I saw that an S-3 filing, to register both the shares underlying the Smedvig convertible note plus some shares that had been issued back before the company was publicly held, was apparently declared on 6/27, the date of the huge volume. 2 selling shareholders in that S-3 that would seem to be likely suspects for selling on Friday would be Petroleum Geo-Services (2.3 M shares) and Bill Transier's ex-wife Lynda (2.5 M shares).

So maybe all of the volume was not Steelhead.

In any event, I'm happy with how END is managing its business so far and am not too worried about what might be happening to the stock on a short-term basis, due to exogenous factors.
