spider - yes, UPC has Sheep Mountain. The key is what happens with the Sweetwater Mill. As far as I know, bids on the mill were due in by April so I would expect to see that resolved relatively soon. Then UPC needs to get a toll milling arrangement with whoever ends up with the mill. There is some work that needs to be done to prepare the mill for operations that will require an entire summer to complete and it's too late to get it done this year, so the mill will not be ready for feed until 2009. Green Mountain needs about the same amount of time to get ready for production, so if all goes well, UPC could be in production by late 2009.
