McCain, Obama infrastructure priorities. who will build that infrastructure?

30 years no oil refinery built.

Nuclear power plant? Bridges? Airports? Tunnels? When was the last time something big was built in the US?

I have a friend of mine building the power plant for the ThyssenKrupp steel mill in Rio de Janeiro. Project is a mess. The Germans from ThyssenKrupp haven't built a steel mill for over 30 years! They are over budget and delayed. They just don't know how to manage a big project.
