Well, you're entitled to that opinion, of course -- in which case McCain has ten times the experience of Obama.

But the reason we, as a nation, value military experience in our presidents, is that it does provide some sense of the responsibility that those who never served, like Obama, can never have.

If Obama would just take the summer off and go for Basic Training I think he would learn a hell of a lot about the job he is applying for.
