Elmatador. Discouraging to me to see that BUD has been so inefficiently/sloppily/lazily/arrogantly run that it takes a big aggressive buyer to force BUD management to make some changes. I will bet the "Brazilian factor" is alive in other Brazilian enterprises - airplanes - maybe oil/gas, commodities. Some very sharp, committed, well-organized and maybe well-financed business people in that country. It's a new world to me though with takeovers now of USA businesses by Russians, Indians, others.
