If he backs away from any debates------the criticisms would imho be substantial, as they should be. Concur... A friend just reminded me of something.....Nixon Kennedy debates. Nixon had Kennedy beat on virtually every issue yet Kennedy won anyway because Nixon, (who naively refused makeup), was sweating profusely while Kennedy, (who had so much makeup on, looked like a kabuki dancer), looked cool as a cucumber. To be honest I hadn't considered CM to be a player in his campaign any other that appearing as a traditional FL, that is, staying out of the fray. Not sure what kind of debating skills she's got but it would be interesting to watch.
