he addresses the problems somewhat accurately, but falls back on kneejerk keynsian response as the 'solution' larry wants to see the continued 'socialized' method of addressing losses not gonna work the dam has burst and no amount of transferring losses onto the taxpayer will 'stabilize' housing...pssst, larry...banks are hoarding cash for a damn good reason prices will have to revert to the mean (approximately 3x income, which will put median prices around $175K).....still a LONG haul from here
