You and your team didn't think qualifications were important with Bush. So, I don't think it is a huge factor with Obama. Personally, I thought Bush's qualifications were excellent -- successful business man, successful state Governor, and a man of impeccable character -- all of which have turned out to be essential in his administration. Imagine if we'd had a total idiot like Al Gore running the nation when 9/11 occurred? Now, 8 years later, AQ has been decimated. Credible commentators are actually starting to suggest the War on Terror has been won. In spite of the 9/11 attacks at fighting wars on two fronts, the economy is doing reasonably well. And Bush has had the political courage to stay the course in the face of the harshest opposition in history. Oh, yeah, and NK is being disarmed after Clinton allowed them to get nukes. What more could you freaking want?
