McBush also has received some collagen injections. A lump can be seen on the right side of his neck. That's pathognomonic of collagen shots that were not well dispersed...he may well need a "massage"... hehe

BOTOX causes local paralysis. If injected in face and neck it'll affect the vocal cords too due to its proximity while the face gets a bit stiff, mask-like. McCain has much trouble with his Rs as in crude, curd, vertical etc.
