political views - i hold that:

- govt should be tiny, by natural law

- law means keeping one's word: debt must be paid

- consequences must be attributed to deserving parties and suffered by them

- taxes must be very low, else rebellion is legal

- etc etc

- by above, cb ilaine is prime evil

by labeling, i would be termed adventurous free enterprise sovereign individual libertarian with a sense of the absurd :0)

yikes mama

just in in-tray

I have spoken to some seriously senior people from the US lately, and every one of them has noted serious doubts that Lehman can remain a stand alone entity....

Hot off the press:
online.wsj.com

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. shares tumbled on Monday to their lowest level since 2000 on yet another swirl of speculation that the Wall Street firm is in trouble, including possibly having to sell itself for a bargain-basement price.

C2, it's not a matter of "belief," it's a matter of observation. We all observe the same facts and draw our own conclusions.

I don't observe the approach of TEOTWAWKI.

Wrong or right remains to be seen.

Jay's been preaching TEOTWAWKI for seven years in the wilderness. Maybe it's time for him to give up.
