Did you say the same thing about Madeline Albright? Or any of the Clinton Cabinet? Remember, 9-11 happened 7 1/2 Months after an 8 year term of Clinton. And GWB's group were in office just 3 months when the China plane mess happened..... What do you suppose the CIA had been doing for the previous 8 years? Don't these people have plans in place for National disasters? The Clinton Adm obviously knew of the Taliban and OBL risk....what did they do? Oh yes, they created a 'wall' ...the CIA couldn't know nor interface with the FBI....Thank Jamie Gorlick for that. The GWB Administration hadn't even been in office long enough to have the various heads of the various agencies pay a call to the WH.... Go ahead, blame Condi all you wish. But I think you will really find the blame should be laid at multiple doorsteps. Oh, and don't forget....the 9-11 group had been planning for 9-11 for the previous several years, from the looks of things....WAY before GWB even decided to run for office.....
