I have had two posts on this thread today. The earlier one was about the demoralized right wing that voted Bush into office. This one is about the revitalized Democratic base. These two factors are the critical elements that will catapult Obama into the WH. The American people are hurting to the extent that they are ready to cast out the window t he crap such as who said what about whom. IMHO.

We always knew the Republicans would get nasty and dirty and it would be a bloodbath. Obama won't be able to remain lily white and come out of this a winner. He'll need lots of surrogates just like Clark who are willing to throw themselves to the wolves, while allowing Obama to stay on the high road. I hope Obama has a few more brave souls like that that are willing to come forward and throw some dirt on his behalf.
