you cant be suckered because you are unable to think. Sure i may be wrong but you are just dopey. Obama is a political realist as his most ardent lefty supporters like Ted will soon find out. As far as scotus is concerned, the two oldest judges are libs so an obama presidency will just keep the balance. Strict constructism is one thing---originalism is quite another.
