Opposing a tax cut isn't the same as favoring a tax increase. which reversing the tax cuts would be.

No, I'm saying he didn't support the tax cuts before they were enacted. As far as I know, he's never supported reversing them which amounts to a tax increase.

I think the only thing he changed on was abandoning the immigration reform last year. I hope he will flip on ANWR - considering that when he first adopted an opposition to ANWR drilling, gasoline prices were much lower. High prices constitute new facts making a change in policy appropriate.
