Sure. And he worked to improve housing for the poor in Chicago by defending slumlords.

I am opposed to reversing them and unless you want a severe recession, you should be too.

LOL. News alert: we're in a recession that grows deeper by the day and has very little to do with taxes.


If you think we're already in recession, you shouldn't want a tax increase on top of that.

In the meantime, the gov't needs revenue badly. You tell me how taxing the wealthy appropriately by reversing the tax cuts will hurt the US economy any worse than it already is hurting?

Every tax hike is a damper on the economy, even hiking taxes on rich people.

It isn't even certain that raising taxes on the rich will even raise revenue. The rich can structure their income. Capital gains are avoidable.
