The point is, your team doesn't hold qualifications in high regard. That is obvious. Just like you don't hold military experience in high regard, unless your candidate has it. Then, well, then it is different.

Obama is as qualified as he needs to be. His campaign, if nothing else, shows he can pick good people and give them appropriate responsibilities. If they can't cut it, he gently slides them off to the side and picks better ones.

He didn't do like McCain who first packed his campaign with lobbyists and picked people like Phil Gramm as advisers. Based on that alone, Obama is way ahead.
