Another bottleneck, but easy to solve. Meltdown in on eplace. Boom in anohter. Just open the doors for the foreigners and it all stabilize.

EXAMPLE: Lots of Indonesians from IPTN came to Brazil (Brazilians went there to help them certify their plane). They've got all those engineers cheap cheap after Asian meltdown and beat the shit out of Bombardier.

Today with meltdwon elsewhere, with BRL at about 1.6 to the USD it is easy to be salary competitive.

Usually they want to get rid of the pole climbers (that is the contractors) and hire locals. Of course locals are cheaper. But they are not pre a porter like the pole climbers contractors.

Brazil educational system has been always mismamanged. Now they suffer deservedly. Let them suffer.l Suffering is good to teach the hard way.

Two days ago we were in the supermarket. One construction worker being hired, and given a run around. Lots of vacancies for salespersons.

That means the the bottom is coming up, that is socila mobility. Lats time this happen, I moved up and never came down again.

The Brazilian lot is very flexible and adaptable. This is a boom time for the shirtless...
