Questionalble deals. How about this one i found on the SEC Info site.Why would Bramson write a letter like this to Criag Mckibben . Letter agreement dated April 18,2006 Craig Mckibben [HOME ADDRESS Dear Craig Confriming our discussionof objectives for 2006,set forth below are the related incentive targets. It is critical that Ampex should comply,on timely basis,with its obligation to document.test and assess its internal controls under Section 404 of The Sarbanes-Oxley Act and related regulator guidelines. If this process is completed on or before date of -------you will be entitled to receive an incentive payment of $50,000.00. Remember this is about the time Dr.Martin from M-CAM had mentioned Sarbanes- Oxley in an e-mail to me.

I have no idea why you expect competency from VV and other funds when they frequently failed to get adequate representation on the board and didn't see the sham being played out in front of them despite them having more resources for DD, more contact with management, and more at stake than small shareholders. And why do you think VV really cares about your shares? Just based that on Ampxq Bk filing and knowing this company has had no oversight from BD .Plus with VV and other funds fighting this BK ,we know they will hire all of the experts to see if they are any questional deal between this company and affillates as Bramson called them .Time will tell .Good luck to all
