I've lived through several booms followed by busts, as have you, but never TEOTWAWKI. We live in a global economy which is made up of myriad elements which are constantly redefining themselves, constantly transforming. Transformation is creative. Creation requires substrates. As I have been saying to Jay for the past seven plus years, "the market will fluctuate." I think I tell him this at least once a year. If all we are talking about is markets fluctuating, then don't keep wasting my time with this TEOTWAWKI horseshit. I'm not bored enough to stay engaged. Too many more interesting things to do than reiterate, reiterate, reiterate.
