while citizens bank making cold calls to give out lines of credit for little over prime. just got a cold call. told him no requirement but nice to know banks want to give out loans. same thing with homes for sale in area. one next to me listed only three weeks before sold. another one same period has two serious people looking at it. another person bought into retirement community, fixing up her old home to put on market. no trouble at any of the banks getting a bridge loan to cover her during the period between the two homes. all were competitive with rates around 6%. (west of philly , valley forge area.)
