The fact is that on the budget, Iraq is "only" costing $100B/year on average. The "trillion dollar war" is an exaggeration.

You can talk about "hidden costs," but if we got out of Iraq tomorrow, the budget would not budge one bit. The Democrats already figured out ways to spend the "savings" five times over.

$4 trillion, here we come ...
