ah socialism at it's best, free workers. Like how the poor kids have to do community service. Force volunteerism, it's the liberal way.

Is this the call for "Obama Youth"

Not impressed

No new ideas

Obama is in another era-----

We've heard this before----we heard government sanctioned National Service touted by Democrats before primarily as a way to avoid reinstituting the draft-------when the anti-war demonstrators said "Hell No We Won't Go".

After pouring through googley messages found this one that gets to the heart of the matter------National Service is a concept to avoid the draft

mothersagainstthedraft.org

A little searching shows that Ameri Corps was championed by Bill Clinton originally.

The link above high lights Mc Cain's support for expansion of Ameri Corps giving his reasoning for having such and expanding it after 9/11-------homeland security and also referring to President Bush's support of voluntary work.

Where it breaks down is the idea that National Service should become 'mandatory'.

Obama is adept at taking others ideas and using them for his political purposes. A good way to appease his anti-war protesters and supporters.

Being a paid Community Organizer in Southside Chicago does not qualify Obama for being President.

NO Obama
