All,
I too have been a long time shareholder, dating back to when Keepered Media first became widely known through a Business Week mention. (Can't remember year, but probably 1990 or so.)
My agreement with all the messages of the previous couple of days and also thanks to the diligent forensic work of James Feldman and others. I hope our large institutional holders are working as diligently for justice.
There is no doubt about the smoking guns, and tough lawyering should shed the light of solid evidence on the management irregularities.
With the global ubiquity of the cell phone and the large license payment of a couple of years ago, I've sunk even more hard earned money into my ownership, believing that the company's patents were just sitting there waiting to be properly monetized. I still believe the intellectual capital is worth hundreds of millions of dollars and view the bankruptcy as no less than corporate robber baron shenanigans.
While the courts have not acted favorably for Ampex in the past, here's hoping, and praying, that our judicial system will not allow this corporate theft to succeed.
