That phrase is a comment on the way his believers talk about him. Michael said he was predestined to be President. Predestination is a religious doctrine in certain branches of Christianity. He also characterized non-believers as rejectionists who proved their disloyalty to their country by so being. Rejecting Christ is a phrase some Christians use and is parallel to Michael's use of rejectionist. Oprah has called Obama "The One" - a messianic sounding term. A San Francisco newspaper columnist said he might be a "Lightworker" which is apparently some New Age religious term for people particularly enlightened. That's fine. I thought you thought he was some kind of messiah when he's not. But you've got to admit he's one cool dude!
