So could we, and that would be an extra 15 million bpd.

And WTF is it with this, "oh it's hopeless to drill, it will take 10/15 years to see results" argument?

I never hear it with the Global Warming hysterics, and even THEY admit it will take 50 YEARS to see any results!

Still support Clinton's veto of drilling in ANWR in 1995? And his seizing of the clean coal fields of Utah?
