Check the SEC filings. The shareholders meeting is 8/13/08 in Miami, FL. Proxy is attached to the filing. It calls for election/ratification to the board of 4 people, Marc, Ken and 2 others. It also proposes the existing accounting firm be ratified. It also indicates that a number of A & B Preferred shares have been issued. Did I miss something or did they not put out a filing or other notice detailing the distribution of Preferred shares?
